Aasted Complete Chocolate Enrobing System, including Aasted Nielsen Junior top and bottom Enrober, Aasted Nielsen cooling tunnel, (3) Aasted chocolate melt tanks, (2) Aasted AMC SuperNova 275-P tempering units, (3) Aasted chocolate block melters, (3) vibrating sieves, (2) Aasted Type CP 41 chocolate pumps, Aasted infeed table with dividers and guiding system, take off table conveyor, (2) water heat exchangers, and complete installation of piping. Designed system speed 1.57 m/min. with 7 min. cooling time.
- (3) Aasted Chocolate Melt (Buffer) Tanks, Stainless steel construction, capable of 300 kg/hr (660 lbs/hr). Heats chocolate to 45 Degrees C (113 Degrees F), Designed for milk, dark, and white chocolate. Keeps melted chocolate at optimal temperature recommended prior to going into the tempering tanks.

- (3) Aasted chocolate block melters, capable of 500 kg/hr (1,100 lbs/hr). Melts large blocks to supply buffer tanks.
