Used- HEMA Model MRH 30/24 T24 Volufill 30 Head Rotary Piston Filler with Fords 24 Head Conductive Foil Lid Stock Heat Sealer. Filler designed for hot fill. Production speeds of 200 cpm, up to 600 cpm. Filler is on 115mm (4.5") centers, accepts maximum 70mm (2.75") diameter x 90mm (3.5") high container, 350cc (12 oz) maximum fills, 13mm (1/2") fill ports, top fill. Timing screw to stars and guides container handing, with 3-1/2" wide main container conveyor framework. No-container, no-fill, powered fill range adjustment to piston pump cam track. Heat sealer is on 115mm (4.5") centers, 63.5mm (2.5") of conductive lidding foil seal heads. Missing foil film unwind, die cut and feed sub-system. All stainless steel monoblock construction with stainless steel and glass door enclosure. Last running 6 oz tapered yogurt cup with foil seal top. Allen Bradley SLC 505 PLC filler controls with Hope Systems 16" HMI on pendant, missing heat sealing controls panel. 14' long x 3-1/2" wide feed through container conveyor at 39" elevation, 13' long x 9' wide x 10'6" high enclosure. 3/60/460 V.
