Description

CES SS nitrogen freeze tunnel. Model CES-LT-LIN-30 ft x 2 ft P0DB. SS wire belt, 28 in. wide, 24 in. useable width. Overall, 34 ft. belt length. 36 in. long infeed, 12 in. long discharge. Cooling chamber 30 ft, with (6) 20 in. diameter fans, (1) recirculation fan. Product clearance, 8 inches. Nitrogen spray bar, 24 nozzles. Cooling chamber has 16 in. above the top belt and 7 in. below the bottom belt, x 32 in. wide inside. SS control panel with digital temperature control, variable speed belt, variable speed fan control, and variable speed exhaust control. E-stops on all 4 corners of the tunnel. Exhaust outlet 11 in. x 8 in. Pneumatic airbags rise and lower of the bottom of the tunnel. All SS construction. Electrical requirements 480 volt, 3 phase, 60 hz, 50 amp.
