Description

B.H. Hubbert and Sons Inc 200-gallon kettle. SN 25147.4, National Board # 6903. Jacketed bowl, jacket rating 125 psi at 353F, and 353F at 125 psi. Bowl dimensions 45 in. diameter x 36 in. deep. Single motion agitation with full sweep, Baldor 3 hp drive motor for agitator. Hinged lid on one side with removable grating, the other side is bolted on. Infeed height 54 in. tall. (4) liquid ports on top with sanitary clamp fittings. 2 in. diameter sanitary clamp discharge at a height of 11 in. tall. SS control cabinet with digital heat control and VFDs for agitator and pump.

Includes Ampco PD pump with motor. Ampco SS pd pump, Model ZPI-060-SO. Nord 5 hp drive. 2 in. inlet/outlet.

Includes Mokon process heater for jacket. Mokon heater, Model DT4018AP.

Includes Endress Hauser digital flow meter, 2 in. inlet/outlet.
