Description

Hamilton 200 gallon kettle.  Style SA, SN B1850-4.  200-gallon capacity.  Jacketed, pressure tested to 45 psi at ambient temperature.  Ratings Max WP 45 psi at 274 F.  Dual agitation with full sweep, 2 hp drive, 208-230-460 volt.  Hinged lid with 1.5 in. diameter sanitary clamp liquid ports. 60 in. tall infeed height. (2) side jacket ports and temp sensor. Discharge into 4 in. diameter ball valve with sanitary clamp, 13 in. tall discharge.
