Lee 30-gallon jacketed mix tank.  Model 30-U.  SN B9068A2.  Year 1993.  Jacket MWAP 100 psi at 338F.  Jacket MDMT -20F at 100 psi.  Internal tank dimensions 23 in. diameter x 20 in. deep.  Approximately 35-gallon capacity.  Lightning agitator, 0.43 hp.  AC tech speed control.  SS removable hinged lid.  2 in. diameter sanitary clamp discharge with SS ball valve.  Skid mounted on casters.  Electrical requirements 480-volt, 3 phase.
