Description

Cherry Burrell 200 gallon jacketed batch processor.  Model EPDA.  SN 200-66-1374.  Top agitation, 1/2 hp, 208-230/460 volt.  SS baffle with 6-spot adjustment.  34 in. inner diameter x 48 in. tall tank, slope bottom.  Side/bottom discharge, 1/5 in. discharge.  Has temperature gauge.  18 in. top lid.  Top has (2) 1.5 in. diameter ports.  Full jacket, hot water, has (6) 2.5 in. ports and (1) 1/2 in. port.  On 6 in. legs.
