Reconditioned Shaffer double arm mixer. Double sigma agitator. Model 200-DS. Open frame. SS non-jacketed bowl, 44 in. wide x 45 in. long x 42 in. deep. Dump height 37 in., with 2 in. diameter bowl drain. Sanitary bowl shaft seals. SS top canopy. 12 in. diameter flour infeed. Manual ingredient door 16 in. x 10 in. (2) liquid ports on top, 2 in. diameter. Rewound 30 hp direct drive motor. Hydraulic bowl tilt. New Dayton 5 hp washdown motor. New Allen Bradley PanelView plus 7 HMI. New Galt variable frequency drive. Allen Bradley MicroLogix 1400 plc. SS starter panel. Electrical requirements 480-volt, 3 phase.
