Description

CMC triple roller bar mixer, 1300 lb. capacity. Model 13SA, SN M1572, Year 2006. SS jacketed bowl 48 in. long x 38 in. wide, 33 in. dump height, sanitary bowl seals. Accepts up to 66 in. wide dough trough. 3-bar roller bar agitator with double bars. SS bowl canopy with 12-inch diameter flour infeed with pneumatic slide gate close, and (2) liquid ports with 3-inch diameter sanitary clamp fittings. Allen Bradley PanelView Plus 600 operator controls. 60 hp motor with direct drive gearbox, belt driven. Hydraulic bowl tilt, 5 hp drive for powerpack. Includes starter panel with Allen Bradley Logix5561 plc, and ABB vfd. SS frame, on 4-inch legs. Electrical requirements 460-volt, 3 phase.
