Shaffer 10-HS Triple Roller Bar mixer. Model: 10-HS, SN: 1196328. 1000 lb. dough capacity. SS jacketed bowl with 3.5 inch lip. Bowl motor 2-speed, 75/37.5 hp, 460-volt, new bearings and load tested. SS hydraulic tank for bowl tilt, with 5 hp Baldor motor. Belt driven. SS canopy with 12 in. diameter flour infeed with pneumatic slide, (2) 2-inch diameter threaded liquid ports. 102.5 in. tall infeed height. Stand alone control station with updated Allen Bradley Panelview Plus 1500 touchscreen controls, Allen Bradley MicroLogix 1400 PLC. Includes starter panel. Electrical requirements 460V, 3 phase, 60 Hz.

Refurbished 75 HP motor - Motor was dismantled, cleaned, inspected, baked and treated windings, dynamic balance rotor, replaced 2 ball/roller bearings, assembled, and load tested.
