Poly Pack inline sleeve wrapper with heat tunnel. Model IL-24L, SN 3394. Belt to belt transfers, infeed conveyor belt 32 in. long x 19.75 in. wide x 40 in. tall, discharge conveyor belt 17 in. long x 19.75 in. wide. Seal bar 26 in. wide, currently set for 7.5 in. tall clearance. Heat tunnel with SS rod belt 120 in. long x 26 in. wide x 40 in. tall. Tunnel 60 in. long, aperture 27 in. wide x 14 in. tall, with ambient cooling fan on discharge. Digital temp controls for tunnel and seal bar. Schneider Electric 6 in. touch screen control. SS electrical enclosure. Pneumatic enclosure. Heavy gauge stainless steel main frame. Electrical requirements 480-volt, 3 phase, 60 hz, 32 amp.

INLINE SLEEVE WRAPPER. Polypack’s IL series machines are inline shrink wrappers designed to provide a bullseye wrap to products longer than 4 inches. These machines have belt-to-belt transfers, controlled by motor inverters for positive transfers. The IL series shrink bundling machine can be installed at the end of a tray multipacker to shrink wrap each tray after they are formed and loaded.

POLYPACK’S IL SERIES machines are available as stand-alone systems that can either be handloaded or fed by an existing conveyor. The IL series machines are also available with a wide array of product collation modules as well as a pad feeder to create pad-supported shrink multipacks.
