Description

2017 Campbell revolution five axis servo horizontal wrapping machine. All SS washdown construction. Servo driven lug infeed 170 in. long, 7.5 in. centers, 1.5 in. tall. Servo driven film feed roll, web width up to 16 in. wide. Servo cutting head drive, 2-up jaw, 7.25 in. wide, 2.5 in. tall clearance. Servo driven fin seals. Allen Bradley controls including Logix5572 PLC, 5700 Kinetic servo drives, PanelView Plus 1000 color touch screen.

Machine speeds up to 600 packages a minute.

Fin seal wrappers can handle film types such as: cold seal, high density polyethylene, laminates, metalized, poly-coated paper, polypropylene

Common fin seal wrapped products include: bakery products, bar products, confections and candy, dairy products, frozen foods, household products, medical products, paper products, and personal care products
