Used Grasselli boneless meat slicer, Model NSL 600, SN 012016/569.  Slicing capacity up to 2,000 kg/hour, depending on product size.  Slices bone-in or boneless fresh meat.  Cuts perfectly parallel slices with Grasselli multi-blade system. Includes parts cart along with extra parts and additional motor.
